Our company mobilezappp is actively seeking a personal assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. You must be able to speak fluent english. You must be able to write fluent english. You must be able to know how to use salesforce.com as well as other such crm systems. You must be able to use Microsoft Excel.

YOU MUST NOT HAVE A FOREIGN ACCENT WHATSOEVER - except perhaps a british accent, an australian accent or an american accent. You must be able to proactively take tasks and do them proficiently. You must be able to work in the Central Time Zone, USA. You must be able to interact with the other members of the team including Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers within our company as well as outside the company.
You should be able to write letters in response to emails the CEO receives. We will need for you to write an introductory letter to our CEO and tell him who you are and what you can offer. Your letter should also have your CV attached to same. You should know how to use Linked In in order to create profiles as well as invite people to join the list.
You must be intelligent. You must have a full, four year university education. You will be required to provide us with a government issue ID, and at minimum three references. We will do a thorough background check prior to offering any position. You don't have to have huge hours on Odesk but you must have a good references for any of the jobs you have done on Odesk.
