Job Description

Admin to Handle expense reimbursements and deliver administrative tasks

• Maintain partners' calendars to schedule and organize meetings in outlook
• Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries for executive staffs
• Provide full support to partners
• Handle flexible working schedule
• Perform all other general administrative office functions and miscellaneous

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work as a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and the Internet
