We are looking for a virtual assistant with excellent organizational skills, great time management and have great verbal and written communication skills.

You have an extraordinary eye for detail, be meticulous in your work, prompt, reliable and honest.

You will need these skills as one of your main tasks will be to scan and read forums for questions where we can offer help and advice answering the reader's questions.

Another task will be collecting data from the internet, such as Company names, email addresses and phone numbers

Ideally you will live in the Philippines as it is a shorter time difference for us.

Efficiency in the following skills are mandatory
- Must meet Deadlines
- Audio (articles) to text transcribing with some editing
- Organized
- Task orientated
- Results orientated
- Data entry
- Research
- Familiar with keywords and an understanding of SEO
- Writing skills and experience

You have proficiency using the following applications
- M/S Office
- Google Docs
- Quick Time
- Internet
- Hootsuite or similar
- Wordpress
- Pinterest

In your cover letter, include:

- Your bid
- Your qualifications and experience in a VA assistant position
- Experience (preferably) or interest in the weight loss niche if you have any experience in writing articles for SEO, this would be a bonus.
- Any other skills and experience you have that you think would be a bonus to us having you on board with our team. E.g. knowledge of Wordpress, etc

Put the words "VA long term" at the top of your cover letter. This is to make sure that you read the whole job posting. Cover letters without these words will be automatically ignored.

Initially this position is part time, however this position can become long-term (even full time depending on your skills, e.g. project management, writing skills, quality suggestions and wordpress experience.
