Need someone long term who can help manage email and my calendar and keep me organized with events and my to-do list.
Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable with google/gmail applications. There is room for growth within our company. So if you are knowledgeable in customer service, excel, wordpress, microsoft word, graphic design, seo/sem, etc we will always have work for you.
Manage calendar - schedule events, follow-up, reminders. notify attendees
Manage and respond to email - delete junk mail, organize email by bills, entertainment, shopping, business, etc. when responding to email - you will be provided generic responses.
Need someone detail oriented and good with time management, scheduleing.
Must speak good english and have at least 2 years customer service background and follows directions well.
Knowledgeable with gmail, google calender, google docs. Chat support experience a plus.
