Web site design refresh

Update existing website - create a couple of new pages and update a few more.
WWW.PRAKTIKGROUP.COM web site changes
The navigation currently consists of 2 levels of menus. The user has to click on the first level to see the submenu.
We would like to update the 2nd level of navigation to be dynamic – on hovering over the 1st level of navigation, the 2nd level should change to display the appropriate options. By default, one of the 2nd level options should be highlighted – if the user clicks on the 1st level navigation menu, the web site should show the highlighted page on the 2nd menu.
To return to the main home page, the user would click the logo.
Proposed menu structure:
Team Foundation Server (remove News widget, rearrange page)
Plans and Pricing
Hosting vs. In House
Compare TFS hosting providers
Team Foundation Server
ALM Services (re-design with sections, to easily go to the service someone is interested in).
Request a free consultation
Blog (Go to News, his archiving side bar)
Build a side structure similar that points to our services page
Design a new Customer page that shows our customers.
Our company has 2 major business offering – TFS consulting and TFS Hosting. We would like to design a new landing page that will highlight these offerings and send the user to the appropriate Hosting/Consulting pages if more info is desired.
Objective: Design a new landing page.
We like the microsoft.com home page big banner slider concept.
Hosting and Consulting Pages
Redesign with consistent look and feel. (“Offering Tiles” concept for each)
New modern look
Some of the pages need redesign to the new modern/simplistic look (more pictures, less long text)
We would like to update the logo.
