Job Description

You need to speak very well FRENCH to apply to this job and a have a good internet connection that support VOIP.

Croque en Stock ( delivers pet's food right at home. To do so, we place a courtesy call to customer and ask them if they need a refill.

It is not cold call or hard sell, these are existant customers waiting for Croque en Stock courtesy call.

Calls are done on Monday (tuesday when holiday), you will need to call an average of 80-120 customers. This take approximately 6-8 hours. Calls should be made between 9am to 7 pm Eastern Time (Montreal, Quebec, Canada)

You will need to pick up the order and enter it in vTiger CRM. Training will be provided.
