Junior Operations Manager (Work Anywhere)
Local Marketing Genius is looking for a Jr. Operations Manager that will be responsible for: oversight of the software development process, providing dynamic staff leadership, creation of strategic business systems and initiatives that will increase company efficiency, product retention, and drive revenue.
This position will coordinate across multiple departments and strategize directly with Product Managers, Customer Service, Technology Departments and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Constant Communicator – Facilitate open and consistent face-to-face online meetings that build relationships and foster trust in virtual office communication
Customer Service Guru - Champion our members in all situations providing 5 star customer support that leaves them saying, WOW. Answer escalated members questions, problem-solve issues, and reset customer expectations when needed.
Strategic Problem Solver - Ability to look at situations or problem from several points of view presenting the team with your best possible solution and course of action.
Revenue Driver – Collect data and operations research to identify potential internal revenue streams.
What you will bring:
3 years experience in Project Management or Operations Management
Excel at working in a fast pace, community environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Proven ability to prioritize correctly and delegate responsibilities effectively
Demonstrated leadership in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
Strong knowledge of web usability and online marketing principles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives & goals
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Hawk-eye attention to detail, curiosity and the ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Commitment to getting the job done
College degree in business administration, marketing, management, or technology.
Experience with database programs like: Infusion, Constant Contact, Google Docs, Dropbox, Excel, WordPress, and other related operations systems for managing sales, membership management and operation.
