Bookkeeping - Real Estate - Quick Books Expert Needed - US Based ONLY!!

I have a small but growing portfolio of single family rental properties, currently consisting of about 12 properties. This number is expected to triple over the next year. I need someone who has both Microsoft Excel, and Intuit Quickbooks experience.
Basically, I need the complete accounting for years 2012 and 2013 created. I have partners who have tried to keep the books, but are not knowledgeable with how Quick Books works, and just fumbled through. I am NOT savvy on QB's, but know enough to recognize problems. I have found items mis-categorized and entered incorrectly.
So, rather than trying to fix the mess that we have, I want someone to start from scratch with the raw data (i.e. bank statements and closing statements), and create both a detailed accounting of each property, along with a global view of all the properties combined.
The first step in this task is creating the data in Excel. Then, once Excel is laid out properly, I will then have you enter all of that same data into Quickbooks in the proper format and categories that you and I lay out ahead of time.
My preference is someone that has had experience doing accounting work for real estate rentals.
Although this job is just for creating the 2 years worth of data needed, if this task is successful, there is a good chance that I will need periodic ongoing accounting support going forward for the business.
Obviously, I am trying to keep my fixed costs as low as possible. However, I do believe in pay per performance. As my business generates profits, I believe in rewarding employees through periodic bonuses. Please keep that in mind when submitting your hourly rate, as experience AND price is going to be the determining factor on who I choose to hire.
Also, this is for US BASED folks only. Due to the sensitive nature of the data, I prefer to only work with someone who is a US citizen..
