CSS for Internet Explorer
Closed - This job posting has been filled.
We are an online graphic design shop selling re-usable, customizable artwork for download by paid members. Our website runs on Drupal 7 with a custom authored theme, using Drupal's standard template engine. The theme is a sub-theme of "AdaptiveTheme" so we do benefit from the power of media queries; but even though that is the case, we are working with our own Internet Explorer conditional comments, for example:

Special instructions for IE 6 here
We seek someone who can demonstrate experience with Internet Explorer 8+ CSS to add front-end CSS compatibility to our website, which already looks finished for Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. You will be given a development account on a server, and your job will be to use the Chrome appearance of the website as a reference, and make it as identical as possible on Internet Explorer 8 and 9. Our in-house developer is willing to provide you with all necessary information and access. Please note that we are savvy programmers and are looking for someone to get this done fast, not for our lack of capability to do the task, but for our lack of time to devote to the project. We seek an honest oDesk contractor who will not lie to us about the time being devoted to the project, who will not lie to us about professional qualifications, and who will provide daily reports to us about productivity.
You must provide a signed copy of the non-disclosure agreement attached to this message in your bid for this job or else we will not reply.
