I'm looking for a writer for a user guide with experience with variety of IS/CRM/CMS platforms, Web products and services. Technical experience is a plus for understanding, but your documentation is unlikely to involve much of it, in fact, the user guide is targeting mostly non-technical personnel.
Please provide examples of your work.
If hired, you will be provided with unrestricted access to an information system/platform that needs to be researched and properly documented, so new users can be comfortable with every screen of it as well as recommended workflow to be properly presented in appropriate documentation form.
Experience working with information systems used in education is a major plus.
