In need of a Real estate escrow coordinator/Transaction coordinator for 2 Re/Max Real Estate agents in California. We are looking for someone to work with us long term. This position will be part time at least 20hr per week, but eventually will be a full time position with possibilities of bonuses. Hours of operations will be 9:00am - 1:00PM PST
Some of the duties are:
•Personal assist 2 agents
•Upload new listing to MLS
•Once property is in escrow; Initiate communication with all parties involved in the transaction (buyer agent, seller agent, lender, escrow, short sale lender when applicable, buyer and principals)
•Ensure every party involved in transaction has copies of fully executed contracts.
•Ensure EMD receipt is received on or before day 3. Contact appropriate parties if EMD not deposited in escrow
•Ensure all reports and disclosures due for Buyers and sellers go out for signature on the 3rd day after opening escrow
•Ensure all contract and disclosures are fully executed and returned to proper parties on or before day 15 of the transaction.
•Uploading all documentation to paperless system, ensuring file is complete and legally compliant.
•Ensure all due dates are met and all files are closed on time.
•Provide Docusign assistance with all documents involving all transactions
•Provide weekly status updates to all parties
•Provide excellent customer service to parties involved
•Manage contact data base
•Help create systems to streamline process
•Create advertisement adds on various websites on a daily basis for all active listings

Works hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am-1:00pm PST
