Expert Vicidial Consultant for Advice on Scalability

We are building an outbound platform that integrates with Vicidial. We plan on having thousands of clients and agents using our platform , from all over the world.
We need advice from an expert on Asterisk to provide some guidance on Vicidial and server scalability .. questions we need answered:
1 - What would your system / server setup look like if we have thousands of agents or thousands of clients all over the world?
2 - What do we need to start doing now to prepare to scale for that?
3 - How do we ensure quality calls to all over the world? .. for example a Philippines agent to Australia (is it routing through our US servers?) or an Indian agent calling to the UK ? What's the best way to route it?, do we need to start preparing to have severs located in other hubs in the world to ensure that call traffic is routing properly over the cloud for least # of hops.
We need to prepare for both scalability and international calling as I expect as soon as we start promoting this service worldwide both for recruiting and for services these issues are going to come up --
Let me know thoughts on above and I'm happy to pay for a couple of hours consulting to research our system and consider these questions in more detail.
