Structural engineering part c) structural analysis and design

I have had an steel framed barn 10m x 20m x 7.6m tall designed in China. Its is a simple box with a pitched roof. Unequal pitches. The design windspeed is 41m/s. The quality of the engineering drawings are very good and consist of 13 autocad .dwg drawings (in mandarin). However, you do not need to be able to read mandarin to understand the drawings and be able to do part b) and part c)
There are three seperate jobs that need to be done
a) Translate into English
b) Do a structural analysis of the structure and enter the beams into whatever software you use and give me what you consider to be safe static distributed load for 28 degree pitch roof. (The distributed load is solar pv panels)
c) Re-design the pier footings for building on rock. i.e. replace with a ring beam and slab
For part c) i want to see your working figures and a stress analysis/ bending moments etc of the ring beam and slab that you design to replace the extremely large footing that are recommended by the steel fram supplier. Please note i suspect their design was for building in mud. In actual fact my ground conditions are rock and clay/rock compacted over rock. Drilling down into the rock and chemically anchoring the steel into the rock is a possibility but first i would like to see what slab you think will work. thanks
