I am in need of a Administrative Assistant to complete the following tasks on my behalf:

Job Description:
Make and Receive calls on my behalf
Write Business Letters/emails on my behalf
Have an address to which I can send you mail to process on my behalf
Conduct Internet Research
Set Appointments for Doctors, business meetings, ect
Be technology Savvy overall
Have ability to write content on general topics
Be available for some hours during the 8a-5pm Pacific Standard Time in order to make calls during normal business hours.

Read/Write/Speak English very well
Quick Typing skills
Good Project management skills
Confidentiality Statements and Non-Disclosure Agreements must be signed

Know how to use google drive including google docs
Can video chat via Skype
Can use/manage Wordpress
Website Design
Sales Experience

This job may be long term depending on how well applicant performs. I want to start at aprox. 10 hours per week but it could be more if applicant performs well. Start date would be immediate. I'm looking for someone educated and experienced, preferably with references available.

I would also like someone to manage a small website for me but this is not a must. Please also let me know what rate you charge for your services and attach a resume.

You must speak English well as I need you to make many calls on my behalf and you must have great phone etiquette. Knowledge of technology and web a must. It doesn't matter to me where you are located as long as you have access to phone/internet/skype/mailing address.
