I have a significant, and growing, amount of data entry (Quickbooks) work I need done (avg 100 - 200 hours/month & vastly front loaded (ie it needs to be done before the 12th of each month)). This is rote work, copying lists into Quickbooks. 1. Is this something you are interested in? 2. How many people are a part of your company? 3. What is your capacity to handle growth? 4. Can you follow instructions (our work isn't complicated but must be done correctly)? 5. Is your team efficient Basically I am looking for someone to grow with. I need them to be able to get my work done accurately and efficiently and able, or have procedures, to handle a significant amount of additional work.
