Job Description

This position requires the individual to have QuickBooks Premier 2013 US version.
(No exceptions)

We have several years of bookkeeping that has to be caught up some of it is quite a mess.

This requires a minimum of 6-8 hours of work per day.
You may choose when you want to work your hours as long as it is between the time of 6:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday & Weekends until all work is caught up. (US Mountain Time)

Requirements:
- Work with CPA, Office Manager and other team members
- Sort documents as needed
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable.
- Reconciliation
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Skills

Applicants must have a lot of prior experience in QuickBooks
