Job Description

This is a full-time position working U.S. hours, 8 hours per day, M-F. The hours will be 7am - 4pm CST (with a 1 hour break for lunch) or 9am - 6pm CST (with a 1 hour break for lunch). You must be an *excellent* English speaker, with an accent that allows Americans to understand you.

Job Duties:
-Apply company policies and procedures to address customer requests and other issues:
*Order Issues (Changes, Updates, etc.)
*Others, as applicable
-Communicate with customers via telephone, internal software, and email.

Other Requirements:
-High speed, reliable internet connection (bare minimum 1.5mbps)
-Headset for VOIP
