We're looking for someone who has a broad range of skills to assist with simple tasks such as managing contact lists to more complex tasks such as setting up email accounts and administering the tool we've created. You must be very good with computers, competent with MS excel, powerpoint and word, and have excellent written english. You are someone who can learn quickly, can meet deadlines, good at managing client expectations, know when to ask for help, can think on your feet and take initiative to solve problems on behalf of the client, and importantly, have fantastic attention to detail. The job is on a part time basis: ranging between 10-45 hours a week. For the right person we'd be happy to commit to a minimum number of hours per week (e.g. 15-30 hours).
