We are an American marketing company that does work for real estate investing companies. We are looking for the right candidate to build our media presence and engage growing online communities. The social media assistant will be directly involved in the daily creation and publication of content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, and several blogs.
We write about real estate, investing, relevant products, and wealth creation. We are looking for a Social Media Assistant that will be in charge of all social media aspects for our company.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Candidates must be familiar with social media platforms and how to best utilize each one to promote/advertise a website and transmit a message. We prefer people with a background on advertising or marketing with STRONG internet knowledge.

• Knowledge of blogging relevant to real estate preferred.

• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.

• Should have a good knowledge of principles of SEO, Public relations, Marketing, Sales, and real estate knowledge a PLUS.

• Social Media Expertise in reaching targeted audience, increasing fanpage "likes" etc

What you will be doing

• Make daily posts for multiple sites
• Researching relevant media and using media articles we send to re-write to generate new fresh content.

• Create relevant real estate discussions
• Driving traffic and followers to our social media outlets.
• Anything and everything possible to launch our campaigns and website seo and make it grow to the top.
• Follow and interact with other social media users to help our pages branch out

How to apply

We are searching for our main go to assistant.
This position pays $1 USD.
Once we find our main Social Media Assistant we will be looking for others to work at .25 to .50 cents USD per hour.

We have full time work available.
