Job Description

We're looking for a technical support superstar who can make our customers astoundingly happy during U.S. business hours. Excellent English speaking and writing skills are required, and a 2nd or 3rd language would be a bonus.

The idea person enjoys realtime interaction with other human beings, even when they're having a bad day. He or she is curious, resourceful, and able to investigate problems and recommend solutions both to the customer and to software development team

Attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly or as promised is key.

This person will interact with customers and prospective customers through various channels, including phone, chat and email. You enjoy making quick screen capture videos to show customers how to accomplish specific tasks.

A quick learner, this person is able to master new software programs amazingly fast. Experience in dealing with enterprise customers who are deploying to hundreds of desktops is a plus.
