Job Description

I need a UI for a new telephony application with three levels if access:
1- Site admin 2- Customer admin 3- Users
The UI will read and write information to and from two databases for handling customer accounts. From account profile to calling features. The web application will have about 35 pages of services features to setup an account. Also there will be a few pages of different reports. Reports will have date and search filters to list the information from the database. Some graphing will be required as well.

Knowledge of VoIP is required.
Program should be written in PHP with clear commenting (you can use code igniter)
Coder mush be fluent in written and spoken English
Work can be done in any timezone but we need weekly meetings in US Eastern time.
Each milestone will be defined as completing 3 pages. Payment will be made after completing 3 milestones going forward until the project is finished.
We have estimated the job to take 200-250 man hours including the testing.

More information will be provided to qualified bidders but your price should assume 250 man hours of work.
