The Benefits Manager will lead team that provides for analysis and reporting in regard to all benefit plans. The Senior Analyst will also participate in the development, implementation and administration of a variety of employee benefit programs, including group insurance, income continuance, paid time off programs, defined contribution and defined benefit plans. This role is comprehensive, working within a fast paced high volume environment.
Deep knowledge of all aspects of Philippines benefits. Including:
- Preparation and submission of SSS (Social Security System) Loan amortization schedules for new loans
- Preparation and submission of HDMF (Pag-Ibig) Loan amortization schedules for new loans
- NSO (National Statistics Office) Quarterly Survey
- DOLE surveys & reporting
- Management of vacation allowances, emergency loans, etc.
- Insurance enrollment, billing and other vendor interface
- Management of DB and DC pension plans
