Job Description

Account & Reservations Managers will be responsible for managing customer relationships within Spain in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, a strong inclination toward contract renewal, and the enhancement of the AlwaysOnVacation customer relationship. Our vacation rental suppliers advertise their vacation rental properties on a yearly basis. Applicants must enjoy problem solving, have a strong work ethic, and be enthusiastic to learn all aspects of AlwaysOnVacation's services, booking/reservation system, and the online travel industry.

Must have a quiet place to make calls & reliable internet access
40 hours per week (flexible), Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Making approximately 60 outbound calls daily and managing assigned accounts with the purpose of renewing company subscriptions
• Contacting and following-up with AlwaysOnVacation Property Suppliers & Travelers via telephone and email regarding their reservation services and availability
• Responding to AlwaysOnVacation Property Suppliers & Travelers' inbound telephone & email inquiries regarding AlwaysOnVacation's services, reservations, and renewals
• Close reservation bookings on behalf of AlwaysOnVacation Property Suppliers and Travelers
• Build excellent client relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic input to their business
• Define and propose specific approaches to meet and exceed customer needs, ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers
• Identify situations requiring effective negotiation and maintain positive client relationships throughout any issue resolution process
• Perform contract renewal activities focused on client needs

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2+ years' of sales, reservation, or customer support experience required (online travel industry experience highly preferred)
2. Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in Spanish & English
3. Strong desire & ability to work towards a revenue goal is also a must
4. Extensive knowledge of sales & customer support tools (telephone, email, chat, etc.)
5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales customer service in complex, rapidly changing environments
6. Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and customer operations tools
7. Must enjoy problem solving, have a strong work ethic, and be enthusiastic to learn all aspects of AlwaysOnVacation's services, booking/reservation system, and the online travel industry
