Phone / Voice Customer Support Agent from USA needed
We are seeking a female phone support agent who must be US citizen and must speak perfect English with a fluent and natural US accent.
About us: We are a web-design & development company based in Berlin, Germany with clients across the world - but we have some US clients mainly who need help every now and then or just an introductory chat.
This is a part-time job not even amounting to 3+ hours a week - it is probably in the range of 2-3 hours per week for the occasional phone call.
We will provide training and all information and everything related to technical know-how of this business. The phone support agent will act as our 'US Customer Relationship Manager' and may act as a mediator between my clients and me from time to time.
We would like it if you can record all of the calls.
You must also be able to handle / make a phone call from your own US mobile phone number if in case the client doesn't want to use Skype. We'll give you additional compensation for your phone bills.
We are paying on a per hour basis and at a very good rate. You will need to keep a work diary / screencast your work whenever you are doing it.
