The $400 Budget listed is just an estimate or guess for a starter monthly budget at about $100 a week. I'm moreso looking for ideas and gameplans from you, the independent contractor.

I have been in business over 10yrs. I have built a solid portfolio, and now have a reliable team of independent contractors I work with. I am currently not charging enough for my services, and need help cleaning up my business. I am looking for the right element to add to our team to bring on New projects under a new reasonable yet competitive pricing, while also helping to gradually increase rates on current clients and to get rid of projects that are not bringing in enough value. I am looking for a team member who has the business mind to help increase revenue from current international client base as well as from prospective clients.

I have been services like Odesk and to find contractors as well as a few projects, but most of our work is word of mouth.

This would be a big step for me, investing in a business manager so to speak. I am not operating on a big budget so consulting may be slow in the beginning, so I'm looking for someone who can help produce results rather quickly.
