The GTeam FZ LLC Managed Upgrade Consultant pays $15/hr, with a $1000 fixed price payment if your trial performance leads to a successful hire. Please note that we require signup or an existing affiliation with an approved staffing and payment platform that charges a percentage fee of your gross earnings that will impact your net payment. The pay rate for United States citizens and permanent residents is $12/hr to cover W-2 processing.
The Managed Upgrade Consultant is responsible for a set of activities within Managed Upgrade process, main responsibilities are:
Conducting kickoff upgrade calls with customers to understand customer’s specific requirements on the upgrade as well as the characteristics of their environments and be able to identify in advance potential upgrade issues.
Perform end to end upgrade process, and be able to overcome the peculiarities of each customers in terms of the customizations and issues each customer might have
Be able to drive discussions with customers and product team to give course to issues identified on upgrade
Maintain team documentation up to date, i.e. installation guides, procedures
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work during US office hours is a must (approx, 8am-3pm ET)
Working environment with no background noise, as the possition requires to have several calls with customers.
Experience on DB administration for SQL and Oracle
Experience with windows server and Linux administration.
Must have high sense of urgency and formality
How to qualify:
