Our company is in need of Experienced Customer Service Assistants.

- Ability to handle client’s emails, call clients, answers guest queries and inquiries, responding to phone calls, Customer supports.

- Ability to respond to overall customer supports / concerns on a timely manner.

- Ability to maintain good relationship with our clients.

- Ability to determine clients preferences and acknowledged properly.
- Ability to maintain clients / customer service satisfaction.
- Ability to gain and source out for clients.
