We need a customer service representative who can call U.S. customers and conduct a short survey about their purchase.
This position will also need to accept occasional incoming calls to answer customer questions. This person will need to work during U.S. daytime business hours, Monday through Saturday.
We are looking for someone who is cheerful, friendly, outgoing and speaks excellent English.
Knowledge of Google Docs is a plus.
This position will require a computer and high speed Internet access.
We will provide access to a US phone service and a headset to use when making or receiving calls, as well as any necessary training.
Candidates with previous call center experience are preferred.
