The two keys to being a successful REALTORĀ® (or any sales professional) are consistent telephone prospecting and effectively staying in touch with past clients & contacts.Yet most agents lack the time and often the expertise to implement these success keys into their business. This is where Vyral Factory comes. Providing agents 'done for you' prospecting and content marketing services that delivers results.

Our Calling Specialists make calls on behalf of our agents. Listen to the attached file to hear how an actual call sounds. We average a hot lead like this every 30 to 50 contacts we make on behalf of our clients. These kind of results deliver excellent ROI for our clients and make them repeat clients!

Our personalized content marketing service is a monthly service where we provide clients with professionally written real estate content AND look after promoting the content on client's blog, social media platforms and send out a monthly newsletter to their database. This is a monthly subscription service which again means repeat business!

To continue our growth in the real estate sector and expand into other industries such as mortgage and insurance we are seeking highly motivated sales associates to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

- Follow-up and nurture leads captured from live events, webinars and other lead generating activities
- Assist company President on educational Webinars and any potential in person sales calls in your local area
- Meet specified quotas and deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of the Vyral Factory services
- Make sales presentations at your local real estate offices
- Develop client relationships and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations and closed sales


Your qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior sales experience with a proven track record
- Based in North America
- Prior real estate sales experience a plus but not required
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on a combination of salary, commission and bonus based on performance. Opportunity to earn $35,000 to $70,000 + per year. Compensation will increase over time as your client list grows.
