ORGANIZING LARGE EXCEL SHEET - BASIC DATA

I have 2 large excel lists of contacts, not all of these contacts have websites listed so I need someone to go through and:
1. Omit everyone without a website listed.
2. Contacts should be separated per state into different sheets. Currently all contacts are on one list.
Basic knowledge of excel is needed.
