Job Description

Currently our company uses:

Zoho CRM & Zoho Invoice & Quoting - We dont currently have zoho books

We want a person to assist and manage our Zoho Books so as to track our business costs/expenses
The selected person needs to upload our expenses on our zoho system
Our business has 4 divisions so costs need to be assigned to the correct division and zoho books needs to be set up to identify these costs
Zoho books needs to be set up for reminders of late fees and payments by our suppliers
We need a dashboard to be set up so it can show our 4 divisions [profit and loss, etc]
We need the system to show our credit card expenditure
We need to see reports by currency
We need the system to be able to do credit notes
We need the system to pull all DATA from the system and presenting to management so we can see all 4 divisions and their performance
We want to see about automatically linking the system with our bank accounts
