Our company, an art gallery, recently had 2 successful exhibitions. Now we are in the process of securing more funds through a crowdsourcing campaign on indiegogo to take the exhibition to more cities worldwide.
PR and promotion is key to ensuring a successful crowdsourcing campaign, so we are looking for someone who knows & loves social media; not just 1 platform but several. You will set up and manage all social media, email marketing (if this is agreeable with you) /correspondence. We would expect you to contribute with own idea about how to promote and make the campaign a success. Together we will formulate a tactical plan that will be executed everyday over the course of the camipagn. The campaign will run over about a month.
You will be responsible for all the content creation and distribution on a daily basis eg create a solid blog post/article each day which can then be repurposed or broken down into bite sizes to be used for facebook posts, tweets etc.
The overall goal of the campaign is to secure the funds asked for at Indiegogo.
You must be a native English speaker.
We estimate you may work about 10 - 20 hours per week.
We are very busy, so the ability to work hard independently is a must. You must be willing to start immediately.
For the right person, we are open to ideas or suggestions for how best to work together.
If this works out well, we may want to establish an ongoing relationship.
