Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a self starter, assertive and have the ability to be creative and think on their feet. Prior experience a plus, but willing to work with a new person to field

Responsibilities include calling a list of small businesses and or individuals to offer insurance to their employees. Must be able to help create a script or take an available script and deliver it so it doesn't sound canned. Will be responsible for setting appointments from the cold calls made.

There will be a trial period of calling for three hours to see your capabilities and if you are able to set appointments. You will be paid for one hour during this test
. You will need to keep a log as to what happened with each call so we will know
what works



Looking to hire someone within 3 days





whom to follow up with. We will start off doing 10 hours the first week and
building and adding hours and bonuses for appointments that we close.

Need someone with little or no accent, must have Internet access and the ability to make calls at least two hours during US daytime hours. Access to a phone line a plus but not mandatory.
