TECHNICAL RECRUITER NEEDED ASAP!!
We’re building a technology company and we need an experienced Technology Recruiter who is passionate, talented, and hard-working, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Our Technology Recruiter will build on the momentum we have and help us source world-class talent, streamline processes and prepare for the next stage of our evolution.
Key attributes of top candidates:
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting within the technology field
- Ability to manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interview, offer
- Passionate about finding talent that identifies with our mission and vision and fits with our culture
- Self driven to add value
- Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment
- Ability to work within a small team and build relationships across the company
- Interest in building process, implementing tools and driving great decision making
- Ability to design, plan and implement various human resource programs and policies
- Ability to prepares and maintain employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will be have a solid background and knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessments, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter
