To provide administrative and Project Management support to our fast paced and exciting Business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for: (Daily Admin tasks but not limited to:)
• Preparing Emails
• Internet Research
• Updating phone and Email lists.
• Sending Emails
• Coordinating events
• Marketing Management
• Data entry and filing
• Updating Company Calendar
• General Admin duties
Qualifications and Experience
We’re looking for someone with administration/support experience and great PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel etc.). You must be able to speak and write perfect English and be a team Player and you must also have a Smartphone as backup for communication purposes.
The successful candidate will be extremely organised, efficient and self motivated. The candidate MUST have a very fast internet connection ( At least 5 MBPS ), must be tech savvy, must have project management experience, must have technical support experience and also must have good marketing background. The nature of our business is fast moving and dynamic so you will need to be flexible and able to effectively deal with changes in business needs as they arise.
Having an experience with Shopping Cart, Basecamp, Wordpress, Constant Contact and CRM’s is a plus.
