Answer/acknowledge inbound emails and phone inquiries within 60 minutes of receipt. Contact management and data entry into CRM system. Availability 9am-7pm Pacific time a must. Strong business and personal plus professional sounding tone and demeanor. English fluency and comprehension are paramount. Long term 1 year+ engagement.
You must have a professional attitude, and be able to have your outbound calls show up on caller ID with a local number ideally. People with extensive call center experience, or native English speakers preferred.
