Corel Draw / PSD File Info

Please look at the link at the bottom of the page!
I’ve opened the PSD file in Corel, ungroup the image and you can take the stripes off the wood background!
I would like to know how the stripes have been created and if and how I can change the colour?
Are they a bitmaps... with intelligent properties?…If you look at the object properties bar you’ll see the stripes have a (resolution) DPI!
I’ve enclosed a layout for my van you’ll see the top layout is using different colour stripes….this was fluke! I don’t know why this has happened…I’ve not altered the file, just moved the stripes over the wood and made them thinner!
I know I can make something similar with the uniform transparency tool…I still can’t make it look the same! Let me know what you can do?
I CAN'T UPLOAD FILE TO ODESK, IT WAY TOO LARGE! Heres the link....
