Renewals Coordinator - 40 hrs a week

As a Customer Service Renewal Coordinator, you will work with a small team of software renewals maintenance representatives that are aligned with multiple sales representatives in a team selling environment to achieve individual and/or team goals.
• Manage and distribute inbound Renewals Queue request from Customers, Idera Account Managers, Idera Sales Managers effectively.
• Ensure accurate customer data and sales activities are entered into Salesforce.com system to advance the sales cycle.
• Follow up on all PO’s received status for all payments.
• Contribute to and support the territory plans in conjunction with renewals representatives.
Must be available to work between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (-06:00 UTC).
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
