oDesk is looking for highly motivated and results oriented individuals that can assist oDesk clients. Must be persistent, diligent, and intuitive to ask the right questions and identify potential opportunities when working with new and established clients. Must be located in the USA.
Applicants must be very familiar with the oDesk platform and ideally understand the needs of successful oDesk clients. The work schedule is 8 hours per day Monday - Friday 6am - 6pm PST.. The initial month will be dedicated to training and limited to 20hrs/wk.
Must be highly accomplished at communicating with executives and business owners through excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience providing online product demos would be a huge advantage. Must be detail orientated with the ability to accurately identify high potential customers, drive new business, and work towards specific sales targets/goals.
Ideal candidate will have an Account Management or Telesales background but above all is the motivation and desire to succeed
Additional qualifications/ requirements include:
- Minimum score of 5 on English Vocabulary Skills Test and Telephone Etiquette Certification Test
- Recent Personal computer with anti-virus software
- Reliable, high-speed Internet connection
- Quiet working environment
- Ability to keep a consistent working schedule
