I'm seeking a virtual assistant to assist in growing my real estate investing business - I buy, sell, and manage houses.

The work includes real estate transaction tasks such as online marketing for sellers and buyers, online searches, managing online data such as listings and email auto-responders, processing leads, forwarding messages, conducting research, compiling data and preparing reports as need and some office support. You should be familiar with at least most of these areas.
Looking for a real estate virtual assistant who can provide effective Social media marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Web design. The individual will be responsible for managing social media accounts such as face book, Twitter, YouTube, Blogging and LinkedIn., The virtual assistant will be required to required to learn and build web sites in the Niche Traffic Builder Platform. . Looking for someone with good marketing ideas for finding buyers and sellers on the Internet to buy and sell properties

You can do this job from home anywhere in the world. You need to be fluent in written English, and understand spoken English well. You need a home office and Windows computer with a fast Internet connection as you will be handling large files. You will need to create several email accounts and manage traffic. You need to be very good at recording your work and communicating with me, including documenting each business process that works well....
