As the title reads we are looking for an expert interviewer/recruiter that can outline in detail a phone interview questionaire as well as a face-to-face interview workflow process which includes fantastic interview questioning as well as reasoning and scoring behind why the questions is asked and what responses the business owner should be looking for.
Our company has a very well known personality profile assessment in our niche and it is used as a pre-interview tool. We are now need to give our clients an EEOC compliant process that will guide our clients to make better hiring decisions by following a consistent interview process.
At a high level, the hiring process is as follows:
1. Job posting
2. Field candidate leads
3. 5 minute pre-assessment interview
4. Candidate takes assessment
5. Face-to-face interview
6. Second face-to-face interview
7. Job offering
