As we are now developing our online activity and we are looking for a bright professional who would define and execute our online marketing activity.

The Online Marketing manager would be responsible for the web based operations that would generate traffic to our internet sites and would result in lead and deal generation.
This would involve managing the implementations of the internet sites, promotion, affiliates etc’

The Marketing Manager is expected to work with agencies/subcontractors- to define the projects, manage them and support the on-going operations.

The Manager is expected to understand and have proven experience in the solutions , methods ,concepts and techniques used in achieving the goal of creating a unique online brand and generate traffic. Also, he/she must develop an understanding of the potential customer's business objectives in order to map a strategy that will be a viable solution to create the traffic and convert it into opportunities.
We see the following elements as the building blocks for our online strategy.

o Search engine optimization - achieving organic rankings across major search engines
o Paid search - developing and managing pay-per-click ads
o Social media - setup and strategy for social media
o Content development - creating and managing content for promotional/marketing puposes
o Implementing affiliate plans

o 4+ years’ experience in online marketing activities.
o Strong background in technological project management
o Highly knowledgeable of technology industry trends and strategies as it relates to the appropriate industry segments.
o Have high level of integrity, ethical standards and desire to be part of a successful sales organisation.
o Must have strong experience in SEO,SEM, email campaigns , on-page marketing, social marketing’ sales force marketing tools, Internet and telecommunications concepts , Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Yahoo Ambassador, etc.
o Experience in successfully executing complex projects.
o Possess the ability to work independently, appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational skills and a make-it-happen attitude.
o Have an entrepreneurial attitude
o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Proven track record as a successful marketing manager.

Other Requirements:
o Highly motivated, autonomous and intelligent
o Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
o Must be ready and willing to learn new things constantly.
o Programming experience is not required, but technical aptitude is a must
o Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, etc
o Excellent presentation and communication skills
o Exceptional analytical skills
o Fluent English- a must. other foreign languages- an advantage
o Has the ability and will to work as an long term independent contract (this is not a limited time project)
