Sales of almost every item depends on knowing-how to carry on a dialog with a client. Our antique shop needs a worker who is able to communicate with different clients in a polite and clear way. Sales Service Manager plays an integral role in business communications, serving as a link between our online antique shop and its clients. You will have your own online office on Antiquites Bastian website to which you will receive letters from potential buyers and sellers. Duties of Sales Service Manager are to work with clients and solve their problems providing a high level of service.
Salary of a Client Support Manager is 14$ per an hour (plus bonuses). You may choose full-time or part-time job. If you are willing to work part-time, Bastian House proposes you the following time: from 10:00a.m to 2:00p.m or from 2:00p.m to 6:00p.m. Full-time working day is from 10:00a.m to 6:00p.m. (with a coffee break from 1:00p.m to 2:00p.m).
Work experience is not required. Sales Service Manager will be trained to carry out his duties. It’s important to mention that we always encourage career development.
