Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent problem solving skills to provide regular IT support for our clients using the Kaseya platform. The selected candidate will set his/her own hours between 7pm – 5am (CST) USA. Extra work may be available during business hours.
Skills/Experience
• Knowledgeable IT professional in many aspects of managing IT systems such as Windows XP-8, Windows Server 2003-2012, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, MS Office, Security, Antivirus and Anti-Spyware Protection, and firewalls among others.
• Trained and experienced in the Kaseya IT Automation Framework.
• Expert in IT systems monitoring, resolution, escalation, patch management, backup and security.
Environment
• IT Service providers
• Public/Private sector IT organizations – 10 to 100 users
• Technology customer support organizations
Responsibilities
• Kaseya Alerts
o Alert monitoring and management
o Alert assessment
o Escalation with appropriate resolution tips
• Patch management
o Patch roll out, write scripts if necessary
o Failure remediation
• Backup management (Ashay)
o Backup schedule monitoring
o Failure remediation
o Resolve Issues
• Create and maintain reports and documentation (Commit CRM)
o Run regular reports to ensure all client machines are up to date on all pro-active management tools, determine success or failure of backups, patches, and antivirus
o Document all tasks performed
o Document problem resolution and root cause analysis of issues
o Ensure all project related items are completed on time with proper follow up, evaluation, and documentation
o Inform and document any client equipment’s hardware/software problem
