GENERAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST TO LISTEN TO AUDIO FILE AND TYPE OUT KEY DISCUSSION POINTS-NEEDS TO BE TURNED AROUND IN 24 HOURS NO EXCEPTIONS!!

I am looking for a general transcriptionist to help me type out key discussion points from weekly meetings that I have with clients. This is an on-going assignment for the right individual. Meetings are recorded and then downloaded into dropbox, so it would be your responsibility to retrieve the audio file and listen to the recorded meetings and then type out the key discussion points. Meetings are about 1 1 /2 to 2 hours on average. We have a format that we use and want to continue to use this format that lists out discussion points, key action items to be completed and updates on key action items that are still pending.
Person must have good hearing and must be able to identify important points of discussion and type out the details of the conversation. There are three different clients that these summary notes need to be done for. Turn around time is 24 hours from the time you receive the assignment..
Ability to perfectly understand English and comprehend business related material is a MUST. You must also demonstrate good spelling and listening skills and deliver material with 97% accuracy!
These audio files are TIME SENSITIVE and I MUST have back within 24 HOURS. If you cannot meet this deadline, please do not apply for this position.
There are 3 audio files a week. This job pays a flat rate $25 per file, which is $75 per week.
