The Product Support Professional is a full time position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering customer inquiries by email/phone
- Tracking and reporting software bugs
- Resolving customer billing issues
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers

2+ years call center experience (preferably within both customer service & sales environments)
1+ years technical/support experience (email/chat/phone)
