Prenatal education and support comapny looking for part time customer rep. Days available Mon-Wed and Thurs- Sat 10a-4pm

Office Assistant Job Purpose: Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers.

Duties to include:
-answering calls
-Class registrations
-Email correspondence
-Verifying insurances
-Scheduling appointments, maintaining principle owner's calendar
-HIPPA compliant faxing, scanning and emailing
-Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills

Experience with:

MS Office, Mailchimp, Adobe Acrobat
