You are an expert at learning software quickly. You have worked with Word Press, Magento or something very close and have an understanding of CMS systems. You also know basic HTML, are proficient in CSS and can write how to articles with good english skills. You have created video tutorials using Adobe Captivate, Jing, or some other screen capturing video software.

I'm looking for a person who has these skills and wants to build a help desk/system from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
Learn a very large CMS system enough to write how to articles
Write large library of help articles for troubleshooting as well as tutorials
Build library of video tutorials
Organize the articles into sensible categories, indexes, and searches



Must have example video tutorial for review.
