Executive Assistant needed to handle the administrative work for a window cleaning company in the United States.
-Available during all EST. Working Hours
-Receive all calls from clients
-Handle all scheduling
-Work directly with team leader providing daily schedule and route
-Keep track of billable hours for team
-Provide me with weekly update and status reports
-Make advertising house calls/Craigslist posts
Excellent English Skills - Essential! Phone calls will be required
