Purpose: these case studies and articles will be posted online on the new revision of my new website and used at the bottom of the homepage. The purpose is to show how this new technology will be used by my customers, and show the benefits and ROI. Secondary purpose is to attract seed capital, since I must either attract and get seed capital from an investor OR a strategic partner.
Step 1: Research how real estate systems work in the USA, and LBS (Location Based Service) work, and GIS (mapping) works, location analytics work, and predictive analytics. Most of this can be done by knowing the competition.
Step 1A: Research the completion and know their value proposition and offer and real benefits to users.
Step 2: Know my new product that has not been launched yet (since I need to get seed funding) but the comparison is based upon the completely built product. So future benefits of a future product.
Sample format for the case studies: The old way vs. the new way, a new way of doing things, Did it that way, now a NEW way, whatever works.
The ideal message is: the seed investor will want to contact us and fund us, and that the read clearly sees their benefits and/or ROI . Get them to think into the future with the product developed…just imagine if…. When fully developed, how will the technology benefit them, is KEY.

Sample Case Study Examples of the “Impossible” These topics are not written in stone, we mostly want these to appeal to a large target segment, since seed investors only invest in companies with large markets or TAMs.
Case Study #1: A consumer (homebuyer, homeseller, renter, casual internet surfer, etc.) want to find the top market and top local market, to move to where there is job growth a good or high Quality of Life area. How do they do it now, and hours spent, vs. with Local-Insights and a few clicks. What are the benefits? Note, the variables can change, use the variables that are in most demand, and most should have the variable we use. Listed at various of my URLs.
Case Study #2: A real estate investor wants to find the top Metro market to invest in the USA, then the top local markets, then the top 10 foreclosures in that top market, all in a few seconds and few clicks.
Case Study #3: The real estate agent/broker wants to increase their commissions. Show before and after. Note, we will be able to put our mapping technology at agents/brokers website. See Spatial Match, probably biggest competitor here, but they only have free public data, and no data visualization tools, or predictive model.
Case #4: The relocation company or business franchise company that is growing and needs a simple and fast way to know where to relocate. Again compare existing systems (takes some research) to our system of a few clicks.
Case #5: Something else, that is appealing and in high demand, that will attract funding…
White Paper: Then, so you and the visitor can know and trust our forecasting model, write a white paper on: How our forecasting model compares to the competition. Besides more granular (local) only my forecasting model shows “the reasons why” a local market will change in value in the next 1-2 years.
